Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centres, Laboratories and Blood Banks. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, lab managers, and procurement teams. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, prospecting, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure. Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM. Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and technological advancements. Preferred candidate profile MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory). 2 to 6 years of sales experience in laboratory instruments, medical devices, or diagnostics industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
