Experience configuring N-Box reports. Configure and maintain Workday Learning module, encompassing creating and schedule campaigns. Support roadmap for HRIS enhancements, including Workday module expansions, and process automation. Plan, test, and implement system updates, new functionalities, and feature releases. Provide cross-functional HRIS support to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure time Serve as a product SME for Workday HCM, Learning, Performance and Reporting.
