Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our Business Analysis & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing reports, analyzing operational data, tracking performance metrics, and supporting strategic decisions through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, operations, and student performance. Analyze data trends to identify inefficiencies, business opportunities, and improvement areas. Automate reports and optimize data processes using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams for accurate data inputs and reporting. Support leadership with ad hoc data requests and operational analysis. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
