Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Accountant, based in New Delhi with opportunities for some remote work. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for managing tax compliance and preparation, ensuring financial records align with regulations, and preparing financial statements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits and tax planning strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and related regulations Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and their analysis Experience in Accounting processes and related tools Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are an advantage Prior work experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
