Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cast House Operator, located in Rajarhat. The Cast House Operator will be responsible for overseeing the casting process, ensuring that the equipment is functioning correctly, monitoring the quality of the cast metals, and maintaining safety standards. The Operator will also coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient production and report any technical issues promptly. Qualifications Experience with casting operations and equipment handling Technical knowledge in metallurgical processes and quality control Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other members Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is advantageous Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment Previous experience in the steel or metallurgical industry is a plus
