Role & responsibilities We are hiring a strategic and execution-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) Digital Marketing to lead the digital marketing function in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience , strong exposure to performance marketing and SEO , and must be a postgraduate from an IIM . Role Responsibilities Lead end-to-end digital strategy across SEO, SEM, branding, content, and paid marketing Plan & execute integrated campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, etc. Own ROI-driven paid media strategy (PPC, display, retargeting) Drive content and messaging strategy for all digital platforms Analyze data & insights to continuously optimize campaign performance Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, design, and sales Manage agencies, vendors, and internal team performance Drive lead generation, brand growth, engagement, and customer acquisition KPIs Ideal Candidate Profile PG from IIM (or Tier-1 B-school) with 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools, CRM platforms Strong execution skills with a “data-first” mindset Comfortable leading a team and managing vendors/partners Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or Consumer Tech preferred Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus Immediate joiners or max 30-day notice preferred Preferred candidate profile IIM PG
