Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Halvad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, and managing sales processes. Additional responsibilities include performing market research, attending industry events, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure aligned efforts towards business growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management Experience in Market Research and Competitive Analysis Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Implementation Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with the IT and education industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
