Job Description

You should have 9.5 to 13 years of experience in IICS Production Support. The role is based in Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica and TALEND ETL tools. You will oversee the integration of data from various sources to ensure data consistency and quality. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance is also a key responsibility. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions is essential. You will be responsible for optimizing all ETL processes for performance and scalability. Monitoring and troubleshooting ETL processes to promptly resolve any issues, as well as developing and maintaining documentation for ETL processes and data flows are part of your duties. Implementing best practices for data management and governance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices are also important tasks. Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ETL processes with other systems, managing project timelines and deliverables for timely completion of tasks, evaluating new technologies and tools to improve ETL processes and data management are also part of the role. Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations is crucial. Qualifications for this role include strong expertise in IICS, ETL Tool - Informatica, and TALEND ETL, experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, proficiency in data integration and data quality management, strong communication and collaboration skills, knowledge of best practices in data management and governance, and experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.,
