Responsibilities and Duties for counsellor: Responsible for transforming phone inquiries into enrollments. Accountable for meeting goals through efficient counseling within a set period of time. Consistently making follow-up calls and addressing student inquiries in a highly professional manner. Maintaining a proper Excel sheet , calling the leads for closure. Carry out end-to-end admission process.
