IIAE Dehradun offers undergraduate programs in two formats: a complete 4-year course and a 2+2 program, where students spend two years in India and the remaining two years abroad. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at IIAE Dehradun, located in Dehradun. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in faculty meetings and academic events. The role also involves developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and contributing to the overall academic environment of the institution. Qualifications Advanced knowledge in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering Strong teaching and lecturing skills, including course material preparation Research experience and the ability to publish in reputable journals Excellent mentorship and student advisory skills Ability to develop and update curriculum based on current academic and industry trends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field Prior teaching experience in a higher education setting is a plus
