Role Overview The Sales Manager at IHW Group is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health, wellness, and social impact sectors. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or media sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
