Available during US day hours (8 am est to 5 pm est) Reservation Management: Monitor booking calendars across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking sites). Adjust pricing, availability, and minimum night requirements as needed. Coordinate with cleaning teams based on bookings and guest turnover. Property Management Support: Report and track maintenance or repair issues. Communicate with vendors, cleaners, and contractors when necessary. We’re now looking to expand our digital marketing footprint and looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist to help scale our bookings, grow our social media following, and drive conversions through targeted ad campaigns. Role Overview: You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Instagram + Facebook), Google Ads, and other digital channels. Your goal: to generate high-quality leads, boost occupancy rates, and increase brand visibility for our vacation rentals. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the company objectives. Responsibilities also include overseeing social media marketing efforts, coordinating with internal team members, and ensuring cohesive communication across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. Conduct audience and keyword research to target the right demographics for each property. Create high-converting ad copy and visual creatives (in collaboration with our design and content team). Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and ROI analysis. Continuously test, optimize, and scale ads based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions). Retarget past visitors and build lookalike audiences to maximize conversion rates. Stay updated with ad platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar). Strong analytical mindset with experience using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Creative and data-driven — able to test messaging, visuals, and audiences. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing is a plus.
