With a vision to democratize access to high-quality furniture and interior design services, iFUR offers stylish, comfortable, and design-oriented products at accessible prices. Job Summary: A Retail Sales Executive at iFUR will be the face of the brand on the showroom floor. This person will engage with customers, understand their needs, showcase iFUR’s furniture and decor offerings, help them make buying decisions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the showroom’s visual and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers; make them feel welcome. Understand customer preferences: style, space, budget, material, finish, etc. Present/showcase furniture & decor items, highlighting features, materials, design, craftsmanship, maintenance, warranty, etc. Assist customers in matching with other decor or furniture to create cohesive interiors. Provide design/layout advice if required (help customers understand space planning, dimensions). Prepare quotations, follow up on customer enquiries, and leads. Ensure payments are processed as per company policy. Maintain showroom presentation: product displays, inventory, cleanliness, merchandising. Keep product knowledge up to date (new arrivals, trends, materials, finishes, alternate offerings). Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture/home decor/luxury interiors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and empathise with customer needs. Basic knowledge of furniture types, materials, finishes, and ergonomics. Visual sense / good taste in design; awareness of interior décor trends is a plus. Ability to manage multiple customers and follow through on many leads. Honest, reliable, customer-focused.
