The Principal is responsible for the performance of the College in teaching and learning, research and external engagement; and for planning and aligning financial and staff resources with the IFIM's strategic objectives. Principal is responsible for providing overall leadership for the programs and its faculty. Principal serves as an educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures. Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. Degree from a recognized University. Minimum 15 years of teaching/ administrative experience in recognized Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of Higher Education.
