Maintain portfolio default rates within agreed thresholds. Monitor delinquency, NPL ratios, and repayment behavior, taking corrective actions swiftly. Build early warning systems, collection frameworks, and recovery SOPs. Customer Understanding & Insights Deeply understand agri stakeholders farmers, retailers, suppliers and their financial behavior.
