At Centricity, we are on a mission to transform financial advisory into a scalable, digital-first, and client-centric profession. Key Requirements: Graduate or higher degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of local demographics and solid relationships with IFAs / CAs. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling MFD / IFA / financial products. In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in the assigned geography. Freshers with a passion for sales and business development in the financial domain are welcome to apply. Primary Role: Recruitment: Generate leads for Financial Product Distributors (FPDs). Coordinate and conduct business opportunity sessions for prospective/existing FPDs. Assist new FPDs in clearing the NISM certification exams. Business Development: Deliver product training to partners. Develop business plans for partners, support client meetings, joint calls, and asset allocation strategies. Build strong relationships with IFAs and partners in the region and ensure effective communication of products, solutions, and services. Conduct regular partner meets to share updates and enhance partner knowledge.
