The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting compelling cold emails, managing the full sales cycle, and driving product sales through targeted email marketing strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capability to manage and guide a sales team effectively. Key Responsibilities Email Outreach & Marketing : Plan, develop, and execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation and product promotion. Cold Emailing : Create personalized and persuasive cold email templates to engage potential clients internationally. End-to-End Sales Management : Handle the complete sales process from lead identification, outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, to closing deals. International Emailing : Develop strategies to connect with global prospects, adapting email content to different regions and cultures. Product Sales : Drive sales targets through effective email campaigns and relationship building. Mail Drafting : Write clear, impactful, and conversion-focused email content for different buyer personas. Team Handling : Manage, mentor, and guide the sales/email marketing team to achieve KPIs. Tracking & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, analyze open/click rates, and report results with actionable insights. Negotiation : Engage with prospects to negotiate terms and close profitable deals. Requirements Proven experience in email marketing, cold emailing, and sales outreach (international experience preferred). Strong writing skills for crafting professional and persuasive email content. Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and optimizing campaigns. Ability to manage and lead a sales/marketing team. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales and international client acquisition. Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking interactions. Understanding of GDPR and email compliance regulations.
