Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor, located in Bhopal. The Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering academic lectures, preparing course materials, guiding and mentoring students, conducting research, and publishing scholarly articles. Additional responsibilities include evaluating students' performance, participating in academic committees, and contributing to curriculum development for their area of expertise. Qualifications Strong teaching abilities, expertise in delivering structured lectures, and the capacity to mentor and guide students. Research and scholarly skills, including the ability to produce publications, conduct academic studies, and contribute to knowledge in the field. Curriculum design, course material preparation, and aptitude for innovative teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative educational environment. Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the relevant discipline or a Master’s degree with extensive academic teaching experience. Experience in engineering, technology, or management education is preferred.
