IELTS Trainer (Females Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General).
• Prepare customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs.
• Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Provide regular feedback, guidance, and strategies to help students improve performance.
• Conduct practice tests, evaluate results, and suggest areas for improvement.
• Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends, question patterns, and scoring guidelines.
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target scores.
• Support in developing curriculum, study material, and practice exercises.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (English / Education / Linguistics preferred).
• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer / English Language Trainer.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student groups.
• Patient, approachable, and result-oriented.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of IELTS / English training experience (preferred).
