IELTS Head

Role Overview

The IELTS Head will lead the academy’s IELTS training division by developing high-quality teaching materials, guiding and mentoring trainers, and ensuring outstanding academic outcomes for students. This role requires expertise in IELTS exam structures, advanced English proficiency, and a strong background in curriculum design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and update IELTS study materials, practice tests, lesson plans, and digital content tailored to different student proficiency levels.
• Lead and supervise the team of IELTS trainers, providing training, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments, practice tests, and feedback sessions.
• Conduct periodic workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and demo classes for new trainers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
