Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and confident IELTS cum Spoken English Trainer to join our institute at Ambattukavu, Aluva. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good command of the English language. Both experienced trainers and freshers with excellent spoken English and a flair for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for IELTS (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking)
• Teach and guide students in Spoken English classes for various proficiency levels
• Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests
• Track student progress and provide individual feedback
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and improve students’ speaking confidence
• Support students in exam strategies, vocabulary building, and grammar improvement
• Maintain student attendance and performance records

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (English, Education, or Communication preferred)
• Excellent command over English language and grammar
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn IELTS module structure and exam techniques (training can be provided)
• Freshers with strong English fluency and a passion for teaching are welcome
• Fluency in Malayalam is an added advantage
