Company Description IECP Real Estate Firm / Channel Partner Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Resource Manager located in Kalyan Dombivli Mumbai. The Resource Manager will be responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the allocation of resources, ensuring that all projects and tasks are staffed in accordance with their requirements. Daily tasks will involve analyzing resource needs, collaborating with project managers, maintaining resource schedules, and providing training and consulting to team members. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize resource allocation Proficiency in Resource Management and strategic planning Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Experience in providing Project Details & Onboarding Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
