Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and plans. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining long-term business relationships, overseeing the sales team's performance, and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieve organizational sales goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in sales strategy, business development, and account management. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships. Proficiency in market analysis and ability to identify growth opportunities within the jewelry or related industries. Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a high-performing sales team. Experience in the gemstone, jewelry, or luxury goods industry would be a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
