Role Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Salesforce practice and play a key role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce CRM deals, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage with clients across industries and segments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory, building and nurturing relationships with both prospective and existing clients, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce CRM implementation and managed services in the Indian market or across the globe. Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry events, converting them into sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, Salesforce ecosystem partners, and key stakeholders. Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses, tailoring solutions to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals in line with company goals. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure client success. Track pipeline, client interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM while providing regular sales updates. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and client feedback. What we are looking for 25 years of experience in Sales / Business Development within Salesforce CRM or IT services. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, licensing models, deal structures, and solution offerings. Experience in pre-sales, deal shaping, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills with strong negotiation ability. Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
