Role Description We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our New Delhi office. This role involves creating visual content that communicates our brand story across digital and offline platforms. The Graphic Designer will design marketing collateral, social media creatives, in-store branding and packaging assets - ensuring a consistent, modern and culturally rooted design identity for Idlinama. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Designing graphics, logos, menus, packaging and marketing materials Developing social media creatives and campaign visuals Maintaining brand consistency in typography, colors and design language Collaborating with the marketing and operations team to bring creative concepts to life Translating Tamil Nadu’s culinary heritage into engaging visual storytelling Qualifications Strong portfolio showcasing skills in Graphic Design, Branding and Logo Design Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar tools Strong grasp of typography, layouts, and color theory Creativity with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience in social media design and digital campaigns is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field Prior experience in the food & beverage / hospitality industry is an advantage but not required Video editing skills are a plus but not required

Role Description We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth across Idlinama’s outlets in New Delhi. This on-site role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing and mentoring staff, coordinating with kitchen operations, and overseeing financial and operational performance. The GM will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that enhance revenue, efficiency, and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets Drive customer satisfaction and uphold Idlinama’s service standards Recruit, train, and mentor staff, building a motivated and high-performing team Oversee financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Implement efficient systems for supply chain and inventory management Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies and direct-ordering adoption Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service orientation Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Appreciation for Tamil Nadu cuisine and culture is highly desirable Relevant certifications in hospitality or culinary management are a plus
