1. Billing & Transactions Handle customer orders through POS (Petpooja / KDS) system quickly and accurately. Collect payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets. Issue bills, receipts, and refunds where required. Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. 2. Customer Interaction Greet customers politely and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Handle billing queries, discounts, loyalty programs (Reelo, etc.), and offers. Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate issues to the manager if needed.
