Job Responsibilities: Vendor Communication: Initiate and handle outbound calls to potential vendors for onboarding. Clearly communicate business requirements, registration processes, and expectations. Vendor Verification: Collect and verify vendor documentation (GST, PAN, Bank Details, etc.). Ensure authenticity of vendor data through standard verification procedures. Portal Registration & Support: Guide vendors through the registration process on the company's portal/platform. Provide troubleshooting assistance for registration or portal-related issues. Vendor Onboarding: Ensure smooth and complete onboarding of verified vendors as per SOPs. Maintain accurate and updated records in the vendor database. Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for vendor queries and concerns. Build and maintain professional relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain logs of communication and registration status in internal systems. Generate regular reports on vendor onboarding and performance. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with procurement, accounts, and compliance teams to align vendor information. Escalate unresolved issues or high-risk vendors to relevant departments.

Client Interaction & Requirement GatheringMeet clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle. Translate client briefs into conceptual designs. Offer expert advice on materials, colors, lighting, space planning, and functionality. 2. Concept DevelopmentCreate mood boards, color palettes, and material selections. Develop creative concepts, interior themes, and style directions based on research and client goals. Ensure concepts align with brand identity (for commercial spaces). 3. Space Planning & DesignPrepare space layouts and optimize interior areas for function, aesthetics, and flow. Design furniture layouts, circulation paths, and zoning for activities. Ensure ergonomic and accessible design solutions. 4. Technical Drawings & DocumentationCreate detailed 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and 3D visualizations. Prepare GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Coordinate with structural, electrical, HVAC, and MEP consultants. 5. Material & Product SelectionChoose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor items. Stay updated with the latest trends and sustainable materials. Ensure selections meet durability, safety, and maintenance criteria. 6. Project Management & Site SupervisionCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to execute the design. Visit sites to ensure design implementation matches drawings and quality standards. Monitor timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot on-site issues. 7. Budgeting & Cost EstimationEstimate project costs and manage budgeting effectively. Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising on design. Maintain transparency with clients regarding financials. 8. Compliance & SafetyEnsure designs comply with building codes, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards. Address sustainability, indoor air quality, and wellness design principles where applicable. 9. Coordination & CommunicationWork collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Document changes, approvals, and progress updates. 10. Post-Project SupportConduct final walkthroughs and ensure snag-free handovers. Provide after-service advice, maintenance guidance, or minor revisions as needed.
