Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules for retail teams, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Conduct in-store training, workshops, and on-the-floor coaching sessions to support learning and behavior change. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observation, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Operations manager to identify training needs and skill gaps across stores or regions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand guidelines, and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful training. Support new store openings with pre-opening training plans and on-site training delivery. Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the retail team. Coach underperforming staff and provide recommendations for performance improvement. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or in a similar training or coaching role within the retail industry. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to travel to various store locations as required. Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
