The role involves managing daily operations, troubleshooting, ensuring security compliance, and maintaining high network performance across global environments. Key Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and support Cisco FTD / FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switches. Perform daily troubleshooting of C isco FTD / FortiGate IPSEC VPN & SSL VPN. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues on a day-to-day basis. Conduct firewall hardening to meet IT security compliance and audit requirements. Manage patching and updates for Cisco and FortiGate firewalls to mitigate vulnerabilities. Ensure I SMS 27001:2013 compliance , including daily monitoring of ISMS controls. Perform vulnerability analysis u sing various security tools. Monitor network devices and services using Centreon Monitoring Tool. Optimize and maintain network performance, troubleshoot outages, and schedule upgrades. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and connectivity reports.
