HP Tape library ( Backup & Restore) Main Responsibility As a member of our team, you would be required to: Provide support to application availability, application performance, or other general issues related to the applications supported by the team. Ensure service restoration is handled as quickly as possible minimizing the duration of client service disruptions or outages. Monitor, respond and resolve all alerts received via standard monitoring Tools. Complete root cause analysis and remediation of assigned ETTs with the time frames. Debug any Productions/Non-production issue and try to fix it as soon as possible. Support contractor teams and provide Technical Expertise - Provide support to developers, both onsite and offshore, as well as troubleshoot issues for end users. Look for Process Improvement Opportunities in project that will help in time/cost/quality for a project. Under standing & Implementing of Customization software based on the customer requirements. Provide training on application front end user training to customer and tech. team. May required to travel in all over Maharashtra at client location for support. Need to support other project as an when requirements.
