Experience Required: 5–7 years of full-time industry experience in an architectural consultancy or multidisciplinary design studio Note: Freelancing or part-time work will not be considered valid industry experience. About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect with strong design sensibilities and project execution skills to join our Bhubaneswar studio. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing client communications, handling site coordination, and interpreting complex design drawings with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position offers the opportunity to lead architectural deliverables across diverse project types—residential, institutional, and commercial. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and coordination drawings in line with project requirements and design briefs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution from concept to handover. Interpret and translate design concepts into construction-level documentation. Handle site queries and provide timely solutions during the execution phase. Participate in and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and internal design reviews. Collaborate closely with Senior Architects to refine design concepts and ensure architectural integrity in detailing. Ensure adherence to statutory codes, building regulations, and project schedules. Required Software Proficiency: AutoCAD or equivalent – High level of expertise in drafting, detailing, and architectural documentation. Google SketchUp – For 3D modeling and spatial exploration. Adobe Photoshop – For presentations, rendered visuals, and graphic communication. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – For communication, reporting, and documentation tasks.
