The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 9 years of relevant experience in UX design. The work location for this position is Gurgaon, and the minimum education requirement is a full-time three or four-year degree. A B. Design or M. Design degree would be considered an added advantage. The mode of work is from the office for 3-5 days a week. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding the overall UX design process, business stakeholder vision, and general software development/platform-specific principles in both CX and EX contexts. You should be mature in problem framing and requirements gathering methodologies and be able to contribute to these activities, including conducting and delegating subtasks to others. Your role will involve proficiency in discovery and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses to design effective experiences. You will be expected to perform experience audits and usability analysis, such as immersive studies and heuristic assessments. In addition, you will be responsible for designing low to high fidelity UI designs and prototypes for various platforms, including web applications, mobile devices, and other form factors for a top-notch digital experience. Collaboration with visual designers to craft proof of concepts in mixed-fidelity is essential. Your responsibilities will also include creating research artifacts, analysis summaries, and ideation strategies required for workshops, as well as contributing to the experience strategy when needed. You may also assist in conducting usability testing or other exploratory/evaluative user research methods as directed. Experience in designing for modern emerging experiences based on Generative AI and immersive design is considered a plus for this role.,
