Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. The role involves market research, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications Strong business development skills, including market research, proposal development, and strategic planning Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships Proven negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the interior design or building materials industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics
