We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, drive footfall, and support our tenants in achieving their sales goals. Job Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to strengthen AMR Planet Mall’s position as a leading retail and entertainment destination in Secunderabad. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional with a proven track record in retail marketing, digital campaigns, event management, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with mall management, tenants, and external partners to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, including local residents, families, and young professionals in Secunderabad and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to drive footfall, increase tenant sales, and enhance brand visibility, aligning with the mall’s business objectives (e.g., achieving 10% year-on-year footfall growth and supporting tenant sales targets). Create a marketing calendar featuring events, promotions, and campaigns tailored to local festivals (e.g., Dasara, Diwali, Christmas) and seasonal trends (e.g., back-to-school, summer sales). Manage the marketing budget, optimizing allocation across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground initiatives to maximize ROI. Digital Marketing and Social Media : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and Google Ads, targeting local residents within a 10-km radius of Secunderabad, as well as broader Hyderabad audiences. Use data analytics to optimize campaigns, focusing on metrics like customer engagement, click-through rates, and conversion to footfall. Oversee the mall’s social media presence, ensuring regular updates, engaging content (e.g., store promotions, event highlights), and timely responses to customer inquiries to build a loyal online community. Events and Promotions : Organize on-ground events to attract visitors, such as weekend entertainment (live music, fashion shows), kids’ activities, or seasonal celebrations (e.g., Diwali Mela, Christmas Carnival). Launch promotional campaigns like “Mid-Season Sale,” “Shop & Win,” or loyalty programs to incentivize repeat visits and increase customer spending. Collaborate with tenants to create joint promotions, ensuring their brands are highlighted in mall-wide campaigns (e.g., “Food Festival” with F&B tenants). Customer Engagement and Loyalty : Develop and manage a customer loyalty program to reward frequent visitors with discounts, exclusive offers, or event access. Use customer feedback (surveys, social media insights) to tailor marketing initiatives and improve the overall shopping experience. Build partnerships with local communities, schools, and organizations in Secunderabad to host community events and drive local engagement. Tenant Support : Work closely with retailers to understand their marketing needs and create campaigns that drive traffic to their stores (e.g., promoting new store openings, product launches). Provide tenants with regular updates on marketing initiatives and footfall data to help them optimize their operations. Organize tenant meetings to align marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive mall-wide strategy. Brand Management : Enhance AMR Planet Mall’s brand identity as a family-friendly, all-in-one destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Secunderabad. Partner with local media (e.g., radio, newspapers) and influencers to increase brand visibility and attract new customer segments. Monitor competitor activities (e.g., other malls in Hyderabad like CMR Shopping Mall, Sarath City Capital Mall) to ensure AMR Planet Mall remains a top choice for shoppers. Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as footfall, tenant sales, campaign ROI, and customer demographics. Provide monthly reports to mall management with insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness. Use tools like Google Analytics, footfall counters, and CRM systems to measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in retail marketing or mall management. Proven track record of driving footfall and sales through innovative marketing campaigns. Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies. Skills : Strong understanding of retail marketing trends and customer behavior in the Indian market. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) and social media platforms. Excellent event management and organizational skills, with experience in executing large-scale promotions. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions. Additional Requirements : Familiarity with the Secunderabad and Hyderabad retail market is preferred. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed for events and promotions.
