Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of PHP-based web applications. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system communication. Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data handling in MySQL/PostgreSQL. Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects. Ensure web applications adhere to modern security practices (SQL injection prevention, XSS, CSRF, etc.). Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows.
