Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Requirements

GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent degree/diploma.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Sound knowledge of ICU protocols, equipment, and emergency care.
Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor patient condition and vital signs using advanced ICU equipment.
Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts regularly.
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members.
Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.
Operate and monitor life-support equipment like ventilators.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and act accordingly.
Support and comfort patients and their families during critical care situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
