ICU RMOs/Registrar

As a Medical Officer with 0-2 years of experience in Critical Care, your main responsibilities will include: - Taking daily rounds independently during assigned shifts and ensuring all documentation done by Floor Managers is countersigned. - Conducting routine rounds, coordinating with consultants, and documenting their instructions/orders. - Evaluating and communicating with consultants in case of critical clinical conditions/investigations for immediate actions. - Filling consent forms for ward procedures and counseling patients/relatives as required. - Filling and evaluating Blood Requisition Form and Compatibility Reports, and ensuring proper countersigning. - Transcribing and signing daily medication orders in the drug chart as per NABH guidelines. - Filling Patient Narcotics Sheet and Form 3E as needed. - Performing minor procedures at the ward when necessary, such as wound dressing, suture/catheter insertion/removal, etc. - Facilitating internal/external patient transfers with necessary documentation. - Assisting in obtaining TPA approvals in coordination with the TPA department. - Preparing discharge summaries with relevant information to be signed by RMO before handing over to patients/relatives. - Being flexible in doing rotational shifts as per the hospital's needs. - Being available for hospital-arranged camps and remaining present in the assigned floor/wing during shifts. If leaving the floor for any reason during duty hours, informing the Nursing Incharge and Medical Coordinator. Qualification required for this role includes MBBS with MD/Diploma in Anesthesia/DNB. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the specified location.,
