ICU DUTY DOCTOR

• Patient care and management: Diagnose and manage complex conditions, provide round-the-clock care, and perform medical procedures like intubation and central line insertion.
• Treatment planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with a multidisciplinary team and adjust them as needed.
• Monitoring and assessment: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, conduct physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Medical procedures: Perform life-saving procedures such as intubation, cardioversion, defibrillation, and insertion of monitoring lines.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients' families about their condition, treatment, and prognosis. Effectively hand over patient information to the next shift.
• Team collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and consultants, to provide comprehensive care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure proper documentation of all assessments and treatments.
• Emergency response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate, life-saving treatment.
• Professional development: Stay updated with the latest medical research, participate in continuing education, and mentor junior medical staff and students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,825.61 per month
