Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, developing and optimizing manufacturing workflows, conducting process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves diagnosing inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness within the organization. Qualifications Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering principles Proven skills in Analytical Thinking and Process Improvement initiatives Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in generating efficient operational and manufacturing workflows Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a relevant field Ability to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions through data-driven approaches Experience in the IT product/service sector is an advantage Proficiency with software tools and techniques used in process analysis and engineering
