Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Mohali . The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with hands-on experience in Meta Ads , exceptional client handling and communication skills , and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and ROI Handle direct communication with clients to understand requirements, share updates, and manage expectations Create and curate engaging content tailored to different audiences Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and suggest optimizations Collaborate with internal design, content, and performance marketing teams Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Ensure timely execution and delivery of social media activities and campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and Meta Ads Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, targeting, and budget optimization Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Experience in client communication and account management Strong time management and flexibility in handling multiple projects Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team Growth-oriented work environment Exposure to exciting clients and projects Supportive management and open communication
