As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive and flexible learning environment that offers hands-on exposure to eLearning tools and processes. You will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in this field. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing Storyline (SL) files and providing constructive comments to developers. You will be responsible for coordinating with Instructional Designers (IDs) in case of any SB comment or change, as well as collaborating with developers and designers to address and fix review comments. Additionally, you will review the verification of comments fixed in SL files and ensure the accuracy of SME review fixes. You will also be involved in LMS testing for English and translated courses, preparing handover test plans, generating audio, searching for images and icons, and learning the eLearning process to upskill in Instructional Design or development domains. We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field. We welcome those who are returning to work after a career break and candidates who are interested in transitioning to a new career path.
