Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers. · Understand customer requirements related to stone types, finishes, sizing, and delivery schedules . · Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. · Address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as product quality concerns, delivery delays, or installation guidance. · Regularly follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities. · Monitor client accounts, maintain records, and keep CRM software up to date. · Share customer feedback with the production and operations teams to improve service and quality. · Attend industry events, site meetings, or showroom visits to strengthen client relationships. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (Civil Engineering background is a plus). · Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or stone industry. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. · Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a deadline-driven environment. · Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
