Sales OPS team documents are not taken by security and outrightly denied saying they won’t collect customers documents for processing by NPS in same unit building. A strange organisations works with broken connections. Prefer don’t be a customer to ICICI funds or NPS.

Don't go for NRI service. There no definte SOP in place. Kees changing terms and condition, One NRI demat is going on for more than one and a half year. With no end in sight.
