Ø Medication Safety: Review prescriptions and patient profiles for accuracy, monitor for drug interactions, and ensure optimal therapy. Ø Inventory Management: Oversee medication stock, manage orders, and ensure proper storage conditions for all pharmaceuticals. Ø Collaborative Care : Work closely with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize treatment plans. Ø Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ø Patient Care Services: Administer immunizations, conduct health screenings, and deliver other essential healthcare services.
