To assist in maintaining quality standards in the manufacturing of dished ends and pressure vessel components by supporting documentation, and testing processes as per ASME, ISO, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review customer drawings, technical specifications, codes & standards (ASME, IBR, ISO, etc.). Verify purchase order requirements and quality clauses. Prepare Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and WPS/PQR if required. Identify critical dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications. Verify raw material certificates (MTCs) against purchase order & specifications. Ensure material traceability marking is done properly. Submit and get approval for QAP/ITP/WPS from client or third party (if required). Maintain pre-production checklists. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Experience: Fresher (01 year). AutoCAD Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and fabrication processes.
