You will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's ice cream brand in the Maharashtra & Goa region. This involves identifying new business opportunities, managing franchise relations, expanding retail footprints, and improving sales across both states. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners and locations, assisting in launching new franchise outlets, and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees. - Overseeing retail operations across company-owned and franchised outlets, analyzing sales performance, collaborating with marketing for promotions, and ensuring consistency in customer service. - Expanding distribution channels such as modern trade, general trade, supermarkets, and HoReCa, onboarding new clients, and supporting logistics and supply chain planning. - Coordinating with the internal marketing team, monitoring competitors" activities, organizing events, and ensuring brand positioning. - Preparing business development reports, providing sales forecasts and expansion strategies, and analyzing data to drive decision-making. Key requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), 7 to 12 years of experience in business development or retail/FMCG/F&B sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. An entrepreneurial mindset, familiarity with Maharashtra and Goa markets, and willingness to travel extensively are also important.
