Job Requirement:- Field Engineer Designation:- Jr.Engineer Reporting to:- Operations Head Location :- Vashi Navi Mumbai Experience Requirements :- Mandatory: ITI/IIT, Diploma In Hardware/Networking, Electronic, Clear Concept of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers, NVR, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, PA, Access Control system & BMS. Experience Level (Mandatory):- Mandatory: Minimum 1 or 2 Years’ experience in Retails / Banking Electronic Security system Industry/Service Field Only. Mandatory: 2-3 years in electronic Security Systems Industry and experience in Electronic Security system Industry/Service Field Only. Mandatory Key Requirements:- Verbal/Written Communication in English must Be Prominent. Make Report AMC of electronic security systems. To be technically strong in handling service calls. To be a Problem salver at field level. Update on daily calls and problem found in field. Managing and mapping the calls. Job Description:- Attend daily calls basis on call allocation, Closure of calls on time. Collect Spares from Office & return faulty one. Make daily report for record purpose. Installation and configuration of CCTV system & electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers and security Maintain his site carefully assign to him, Complete Knowledge & details over site. Good Coordination with Customer. Coordinating with support team and other filed engineers to resolve the problem at site level. Sharing his best practice to other engineers as a solution providers.
