As a Software Engineer at TIBCO Business Events, you will be responsible for driving high-quality design and implementation of components, systems, and user experiences. You will work closely with the onshore development team, collaborating with various teams located in India and the US to build new features in the product. Your excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in development efforts towards successful project delivery - Collaborate with teammates through learning - Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code - Analyze and resolve technical and application problems - Implement features for new products and enhancements to existing products - Write high-quality robust code to meet the desired specification - Work seamlessly with the local development and QA team as well as with the members of the UK/US Team - Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development and rapid deployment of a cloud development organization **Qualifications/ Key Skills Required:** - Bachelors/master's in computer science or equivalent field with 2+ years of demonstrated experience building applications/systems in Java - Knowledge/Experience of Web-standards - XML, JSON, HTTP(s), Web Services (SOAP/REST), WS-Security, SSO - Experience working with any relational/NoSQL databases - Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra - Experience with CICD tools & version control systems - Ant/Maven, Jenkins, Git - Experience with Docker or other container technologies As a Software Engineer at TIBCO Business Events, you will be part of a global company, Encora, that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
