Essential Skills And Experience Strong experience in training machine learning models for real-world applications. MSc or PhD in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) with solid grounding in deep learning. Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience working with large datasets (multi-TB scale). Familiarity with model compression techniques such as reduced-precision computation. Practical experience with Linux development environments, Git, and CI tools. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
