We're Hiring Senior Android Developer (Hybrid: Work From Home / Office) Are you passionate about building high-performance Android applications that scale We're looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our growing team and lead the development of next-generation mobile solutions What You'll Do Architect, design, and develop robust Android apps using Kotlin and Java Collaborate with project leads to define technical specifications and feature priorities Set and enforce coding standards , ensuring apps meet the highest quality, performance, and security benchmarks Lead code reviews and guide team members toward technical excellence Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional Android development experience with apps published on Google Play Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin (Coroutines, Flow) and strong Java interoperability Deep knowledge of MVVM architecture , dependency injection (Hilt/Koin) , and Android lifecycle management Expertise in networking (Retrofit, OkHttp) , local databases (Room) , and performance optimization Experience integrating with AWS services (e.g., Cognito, S3, SNS) and Firebase for push notifications, analytics, and backend operations Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices , animations, and modern Android design patterns Work Mode Hybrid Work from home or our office, with flexibility and collaboration.
